We took the official portrait (136K) today so I got this shot on digital. The colors are pretty truthful, at least on my screen -- much better with real lighting.
Update on this quilt -- it's going out into the world with a title. "Repercussion" thanks for everyone's input!

Repercussion NOUN: 1. Repetition of sound via reflection from a surface: echo, reverberation. 2. The strong effect exerted by one person or thing on another: force, impact, impression, influence.
Reverberate INTRANSITIVE VERB: 1. To resound in a succession of echoes; reecho. 2. To have a prolonged or continuing effect. 3. To be repeatedly reflected. 4. To be forced or driven back; recoil or rebound.
I'm reporting to you live and in person at the 10:20 PM release of the new OS -- Jaguar -- at the Crossgates Apple Store. The place is mobbed. Probably more than the opening day crowd. how exciting is that?
More exciting than the crowd? The wonderful new OS -- speedy, sleek, surprising and incredibly stable. More than a girl could ask for. And not only that -- it gave me the opportunity to wear my cool "jaguar" print skirt. Now THAT's cool.
Just had to report in. You missed quite an event if you weren't there. Get jaguar or be square.
Done. All I need now is a title. Suggestions? The only things I've come up with so far include: reverb, reverberation, reflection, remembrance and echo.
For the record, this quilt is 70.5" W x 42.25" H and is pieced of commercially available cottons.
Take September 11, 2002 off from work or school. Make it a day of remembrance and work towards peace, instead of as a day off for shopping and chores. Do something out of the ordinary with other people to remember and build strength. Here are some examples:
