This quilt represents the sexual abuse of children by clergy and the often inadequate response of the church to the crime and the survivors. The fish represent children of various ages and are helplessly dragged from safety to be used/abused by the clergy who caught them. The cross with the holes represents the clergy pedophiles and the church they often are protected by. | |
