Even if you're a new hand at setting up a quilt show, there are others to show you the way. It's really a group effort anyway...
We start unloading the quilts from the truck at 8 am on Thursday and begin hanging. The judges arrive around 10 am and judging starts. Hanging continues during the day and by Friday it's usually done except for judging and hanging invitationals. A lot of small jobs get done over the the two full days of set up -- and they're all done by volunteers!		Below, viewers at the 1999 NYQuilts!
