About Sage -- 2001 2001 2001

Handicapped Access: The Robison Athletic Recreation Center is handicapped accessible. All other buildings have at least one step to enter or to reach rooms inside the buildings. Please indicate if you have special needs.

Rooms on Campus: Russell Sage College is a college for women and has many fine dormitory rooms. Rooms may be single or double occupancy and are available May 18 through May 20. Housing for both women and men is available.

The cost is $25 per person, per night for a double room or $35 per night for a single room. Linens will be provided. Rooms must be reserved in advance.

Meals: Pre-registration for all meals is available to registrants. Although meals may be purchased without registration, pre-paying saves you the 8% sales tax! Breakfast and lunch will be served in the Sage Cafe, which will be open to all. A la carte items and beverages will be available at breakfast, lunch and in the afternoon.

 Dinner Out on the Town: Troy is full of great places to eat. Many are within walking distance or short drive from Sage and there is a wide range to accomodate every palette and pocketbook. Dine out Friday and Saturday night, perhaps joining up with other registrants and NYQuilts! volunteers. A list will be available at the show and given to all registrants. .. See a little of Troy! And enjoy some great food.

Class Fees: 

Full Day Class $50

Registration forms may be sent at any time before April 15, 2001. Notices of acceptance will go out about that time.

Feel free to email the registrar regarding class openings. She will not make reservations until she has your check and completed form in hand.

If you plan to come to the show with friends, you may put all of the registration forms for the individual registrations into one large envelope; this will make it easier for the Registrar to keep you together. Each registration must be on a separate form, accompanied by a check for that individual.

Please keep a copy of the form for your records. The registration form may be photocopied, but please be sure to copy both sides.

Please use personal checks or money order. Canadian quilters: checks must be drawn on US banks. Travellers checks are acceptable. Credit cards are not accepted. A $20 fee will be charged for any returned checks.

There will be a $20.00 non-refundable registration fee for all registrants. PLEASE NOTE: You do not have to pay the $20 registration fee unless you are staying on campus or taking classes.

Refunds and Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made through April 25 -- all fees except registration refunded.

Cancellations made on or after April 26 -- no refunds.
