I live in Brainard, New York with my husband Ron and 7 cats. I’ve been quilting since the early 1980’s. I’ve been entering quilts in shows for about 10 years, and have won awards at the Vermont Quilt Festival, NYQuilts!, NQA show, Smoky Mountain Quilt Festival, Quilting in the Tetons and others.

I do mostly machine piecing, applique and quilting these days, using traditional patterns to make contemporary quilts and I love to use my Bernina to its fullest. I really enjoy machine quilting and have been known to doodle quilt designs on the paper table coverings at our local pizza place.

Some of my current work is based on my interest in sky and light conditions. Other work explores color using more traditional quilt blocks, sometimes with less traditional results. Another interest of mine has been exploring three-dimensional effects derived through the use of two dimensional patterns.
